I ordered from here because they were the only place I could find that had the rare (Munchkin) available. After ordering, I waited a few days with no shipping confirmation so reached out to them and never heard back. I started to think this was a scam but then a week or so later, I got a tracking number. This tracking number never worked as every couple days I would check and no info. At this point I was pretty sure it was a scam. But, low and behold, 2.5 weeks after ordering, it arrived in great condition. So, all in all, products are good, customer service could use improvement.
